Shipping Policy

Responsibility for Packages

XReverie is committed to ensuring your order is processed and shipped promptly. However, please note the following:

  • Stolen Packages: XReverie is not responsible for stolen packages. If you do not receive your package, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
  • Incorrect Address: XReverie is not responsible if a package is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase. Please double-check all contact information before completing your transaction.
  • Refused Packages: If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address, as well as a restocking fee. Please make purchases with caution.

Privacy and Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All packages are shipped in plain brown boxes or standard packaging from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Occasionally, we use opaque padded envelopes for non-fragile items. The contents of the package or our website name will not appear on the box. Additionally:

  • The return address will not indicate the nature of the package.
  • We do not mail catalogs to your home.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $5.99
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days*

*Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Processing Time

  • Fast Processing: 98% of orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (in-stock items only).
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 10 am CST are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Multiple Shipments: Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified via email with tracking numbers for all shipments.

International Shipping

For international shipments:

  • Customs and Delivery: Once the package reaches your destination country and is received by customs, the local customs broker will arrange final delivery.
  • Tracking: Use 17Track to track your package. Once it enters customs, contact your local customs broker for further details.

High-Risk Regions

Shipping to certain countries may involve risks such as customs seizures. These countries include:

  • India, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, South Korea

We strive to accommodate all customers but cannot guarantee delivery to these regions. Customers assume all risks associated with orders to these destinations.

Delivery and Tracking

  • Delivery Time: Orders in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Tracking Numbers: All shipments are assigned a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
  • Carrier Services: For U.S. orders, we use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For international orders, carriers may vary.
  • Responsibility: XReverie is not responsible for delivery errors due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Refunds for Delays

In rare cases of shipping delays, we will file a claim on your behalf for a refund of late delivery charges and return the money to you once the claim is processed by the carrier. However, we cannot be held responsible for the carrier\u2019s service commitments.

Important Notes

  • Cash-on-delivery orders are not accepted.
  • Orders placed during holidays may experience longer processing times.
  • Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.
